lerouxSo, somehow I managed not to watch Slings & Arrows until just today, and now I don't know how that is even possible!
Seriously dudes, this show was apparently written for me. It is the only show I have ever watched in my life that consistently makes me laugh out loud several times per episode. I kept cracking up on the bus. Which actually made me fit in better with the bus crowd, I must say.
Also, after watching Paul Gross be all young and clean-cut and polite in due South, I have such a boner for middle-aged and scruffy and foul-mouthed Paul Gross. I would ride that to the finish line, is what I am saying (except that Martha Burns is clearly a badass and I would never step on her toes).
(Also also, totally did not recognize Don McKellar until I saw his name in the credits. I apparently can't pick the guy out unless he has CKR attached to his face.)

ps it occurs to me that there are probably people out there who have seen Slings & Arrows but not Kids in the Hall which is a shame because a) KITH is hilarious, and b) then you might not know that Mark McKinney used to be hot.
