so I had a doctor's appointment today for the wacky tonsillitis thing, and I called to ask if they still wanted me to come in given swine flu, and the doctor was all, "how long have you had it? oh, then you're good! come on in!"

this is not what i was hoping for, because i have swine flu and also it is a tuesday so i had to take a bus and walk in the rain. but. specialist appointment, socialised medicine, i had to go.

in conclusion: i have six months to say goodbye to my tonsils, and also i am apparently not contagious anymore! hooray.
