So, I failed to show up to work again yesterday. Last time it was because I hadn't written down my schedule and was running on a check-when-my-next-shift-is day-by-day system, and when that clearly didn't work I started writing down my weekly schedule as well as double-checking when my next shift was. So last week I wrote down my schedule and it clearly says '30 - off!' and I checked on Sunday to confirm that my next shift was Thursday, July 2. Aaaaand yet this happens again. I am really hoping this is not my mistake, but if it was my mistake and I'm now fired, that really sucks. I have never been fired before. /:

It could have just been a mistake on their part? Did they call you and say anything?

They called me and said nothing. I got two voicemail messages, one saying 'it's after six and you were supposed to start at 5' and one saying 'it's after seven please call us back' but I never check my phone on my days off, so I got the messages at 3 AM.
